Day 01
DAY 1: HANOI CITY ARIVAL – CITY TOUR

For airport pick-up before 7AM, there will be additional surcharge applicable.Welcome to Hanoi City, the capital city of Vietnam. Upon arrival, welcomed by the local tour guide and transfer to the down town. Afternoon, visit Ba Dinh Square – the biggest square in Hanoi where all the biggest cultural, political events of the cities, especially demonstrations, take place. Start our visit at the Complex of Ho Chi Minh including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (from outside only as it closes in the afternoon), Ho Chi Minh’s house-on-stilts, his fishpond and the One-Pillar Pagoda. Then, the Temple of Literature which is considered as the first university of Vietnam. Later, we visit the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and then take a leisure walk around the Old Quarter of Hanoi, a fascinating network of narrow alleys and shop houses also known as ‘The 36 Streets’ – each street being named after the merchandise traditionally sold there, ranging from fabrics, medicines to crafts. Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 02
DAY 2: HANOI – HOA LU – TAM COC – HANOI (B)

Breakfast at hotel. A 90km driving south of Hanoi will lead you to Ninh Binh, the site of the one capital city of ancient Vietnam before Hanoi took its leading role in 11th century. The area is featured by lots of well-known sceneries, which include Tam Coc Caves and Hoa Lu ancient capital with the old temples dedicated to King Dinh & King Le reigned in 10th century. The visit in Ninh Binh starts by a boat trip in Tam Coc where spectacular limestone karsts jut out from the green paddy fields reminding about Guilin (China) and Halong Bay of Vietnam, which gives this scenery the name “Halong-bay-on-land”. Further discovery in Ninh Binh will be continued by visiting Bich Dong Pagoda. Afternoon drive back Hanoi, on the way, stop to visit Hoa Lu, the site that used to be the kings’ palace in 10th century and now famous for the wooden relieves of the shady Dinh and Le temples. Late afternoon back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 03
DAY 3: HANOI - HALONG BAY – TRANSFER VIA THE EXPRESSWAY - OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel and check out Morning, we will drive via the expressway (2.5 – 3 hours driving) to Halong, one of the earliest World Heritages Sited designated by UNESCO for Vietnam in 1994. Check-in our boat and enjoy a lunch of fresh seafood while the boat goes about unusual seascape with thousands picturesque rocks and islets, beaches and hollow islands. We can stop to visit some karsts grottoes or just go swimming, or stop at a beach and enjoy the sunset on the sea. Lunch and dinner with local food on board. Overnight on the boat in Halong Bay. Please note: Cruise program may vary depending on the cruise. You will have station English speaking guide on board!

Day 04
DAY 4: HALONG – HANOI – TRANSFER VIA THE OLD ROAD .(B/BR)

You should wake up early to enjoy the dawn on the sea in the early morning. The Vietnamese call the “East Sea” by a point-oriented name “Eastern Sea”, so you may guess how miraculous seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay. After breakfast our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost each islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman’s head rock, Butterfly rock or Turtle islet etc. Early lunch/brunch will local food will be served on board. Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi via the old road (3.5 – 4 hours driving) Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel & check in.Overnight in Hanoi.

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
  • Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary
  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
  • 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air fair is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 14 days of departure date.
  • 100%  payment is to be made for international packages before 21 days of departure date.
  • In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

If you Cancel your Holiday

  • 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
  • 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

However, the cancellation policy will varry from time to time and case to case.
